Oversee the implementation of new policies and processes and ensure staff are adequately trained to adhere to them.

Technology and Digital Innovation: Utilize the latest in technology to enhance our operational processes and e-commerce platform, making our services more accessible and appealing to our customers. Growth and Expansion: Spearhead initiatives to grow our business, exploring new markets and opportunities for both our salons and online platform. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in identifying and implementing these growth strategies.

Financial and Analytical Acumen: Manage budgets and financial planning with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the profitability and financial health of our operations. Marketing and Customer Engagement: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that elevate our brand, attract new clients, and enhance customer loyalty.
