Company Overview:

We operate various businesses in the Philippines including consulting, real estate, beauty clinics, and massage services. We are looking for a full-time manager to oversee and improve operations, support staff, and work closely with the Japanese owner.

Position Title:

General Manager (Multi-business Operations)

Work Location:

Philippines (Exact location depends on business)

Job Responsibilities:


•Supervise daily operations of each business unit (real estate, clinic, massage)


•Manage staff schedules, training, and evaluations


•Analyze and report monthly performance


•Communicate and coordinate with the Japanese owner


•Ensure service quality and handle customer feedback

Qualifications:


•Prefer candidates with management experience (industry not required)


•Fluent in English and Tagalog


•Japanese language is a plus but not mandatory


•Strong leadership, adaptability, and communication skills required

Salary & Benefits:


•Monthly salary: PHP 50,000


•Full government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)


•Weekends and Philippine public holidays off


•3-month probitionary period (with salary)


•Possibility of salary increase or bonus based on performance

Working Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
