About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Operations Associate who will play a key role in end-to-end hiring — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with strong initiative, people skills, and a solid background in recruitment who enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced HR environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers).
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates through job postings, referrals, and networking.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and trackers.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
  • Ensure timely communication with applicants and uphold a positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in job fairs and other employer branding activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of solid experience in recruitment (preferably high-volume or fast-paced environment).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and job posting platforms (JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, etc.).
  • Must be willing to work on-site, 6 days a week, and open to work during holidays if required.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and results-driven individual.
