We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist with hands-on experience in managing online storefronts and running marketing campaigns across platforms like Shoppe, Lazada, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing online sales, and enhancing brand presence through effective marketplace management and engaging digital content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings on Shoppe and Lazada

Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and conversion rates.

Manage promotions, flash sales, campaigns, and vouchers on both platforms.

Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager.

Create and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for best ROI.

Work with content creators or influencers to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track and report on campaign performance, store analytics, and customer behavior.

Provide insights and suggestions based on data to improve strategies across platforms.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing stores on Shoppe and Lazada.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

Ability to create basic marketing content (images, videos, captions).

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance metrics.

Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary is negotiable based on experience and skills.
