What is your mission?We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to lead and expand client relationships while driving revenue growth in a B2B environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, customer success, and account management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client retention and revenue growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account potential
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements in alignment with company objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Lead a team of account managers, providing mentorship and strategic guidance
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and escalations to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
