Job Description

As an Online Store Manager/Assistant, you'll manage and grow online sales through Shopify and Lightspeed platforms, optimizing listings, inventory, SEO, and email marketing campaigns. You'll ensure the digital storefront runs smoothly while driving engagement and conversions through Klaviyo and data-driven insights.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ADST, Weekends Off)

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2+ years of experience managing an online store (Shopify experience essential; Lightspeed preferred)
  • Proven knowledge of SEO, Klaviyo email marketing, and Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing funnels and customer lifecycle
  • Excellent attention to detail, writing skills, and brand consistency
  • Interested in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident managing multiple priorities

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with social ad platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Basic graphic design or photo editing (Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Experience with influencer or ambassador collaborations
  • Experience in all listed areas is not necessary - training and support will be provided

Your Daily Tasks

Product & Inventory Management

  • Upload and manage products in Shopify and Lightspeed, including product descriptions, imagery, pricing, tags, and variants
  • Write engaging, SEO-optimized product copy and ensure consistent brand voice across all listings
  • Maintain inventory accuracy across all platforms and coordinate with the team for restocks and product launches

SEO & Digital Growth

  • Manage and improve on-site SEO using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Shopify SEO apps
  • Conduct keyword and competitor research to enhance rankings and traffic
  • Create and publish blog content to support organic SEO and strengthen brand storytelling
  • Track and report on analytics using Google Analytics and Shopify Insights

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Build and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement)
  • Segment audiences for targeted, personalized campaigns
  • Track performance metrics and refine strategies for better results

Social Media & Advertising

  • Upload and schedule supplied content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Collaborate on strategy, planning, and trend-based content ideas
  • Manage or support Google Ads campaigns and track ROI through Google Analytics

Reporting & Improvement

  • Report on key metrics (traffic, sales, conversions, email performance)
  • Identify growth opportunities and suggest site, content, or campaign improvements
  • Stay up to date on eCommerce, SEO, and digital marketing trends
