Job Description:

They are required to regularly and customarily manage the overall operation of the store. They should ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, manage the store's financial performance, and uphold safety and security within the store.   • Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Happy Lemon.
  • Challenges and inspires partners to achieve business results.
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes for customers that comply with the company's standards.
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
