We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our operations team and drive sales growth, who can adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead store operations and the operations team to create and maintain good experiences for our customers
  • Proactively plan and execute operational strategies to reach sales targets, improve customer service, and manage staff
  • Applying our commitment to premium, excellence, and service in every aspect of work
  • Train and audit team and store performance to ensure excellence in customer service and operations

Qualifications:

  • Preferably fluent in Mandarin and Hokkien (only for Lucky Chinatown Mall)
  • Proven success in developing and executing customized operational plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or any related field
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  • Willingness to travel
  • Goal-oriented, people-oriented, and results-driven
