Job Description:

As a PCN Phones Advisor, you will handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Parking Charge Notices (PCNs). You'll provide clear guidance, offer timely solutions, and ensure every customer leaves the call with confidence and satisfaction.

The Qualifications We Seek:

  • Minimum of 1 year BPO customer service experience in any industry
  • Experience in handling UK-based customers is a plus
  • Experienced in call handling
  • Must be a college graduate or undergraduate of any degree
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
  • Experience in the Car Parking industry is a bonus but not required

Your Daily Tasks:

  • Handle customer-raised issues and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Engage customers with professionalism and empathy to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Handle PCN-related calls and provide appropriate solutions within the 10-minute threshold.
  • Guide customers on how to file an appeal if they believe a PCN was issued in error.
  • Provide updates and status on appeals submitted by customers.
  • Assist customers with next steps if they are dissatisfied with an appeal decision.
  • Support customers in settling payments to clear PCNs and provide guidance for missed deadlines.
  • Answer customer queries related to how the company's PCN process aligns with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).
