Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for Customer Service Advisors

We are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide professional, timely, and accurate support to customers through live chat, phone, email, and social media channels. You will also be responsible for processing manual orders using internal systems and performing structured administrative tasks that contribute to smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

This role requires attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and strict adherence to processes while delivering outstanding service across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and social media within set SLA.
  • Provide accurate product recommendations and assist with checkout and payment troubleshooting.
  • Resolve issues related to out-of-stock products, delivery delays, and damaged goods.
  • Maintain professional, clear, and courteous communication at all times.
  • Process and verify orders in internal systems and manage cases on online store platforms.
  • Handle refunds, discounts, and CRM updates in line with company policies.
  • Use courier portals (Royal Mail, DHL, DPD) for tracking, redelivery, and claims.
  • Coordinate with Finance on payments/refunds and support Sales with stock checks and manual orders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Atleast 1 year of experience in customer service (phone, email, and live chat).
  • Proficient in written and verbal communications skills
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 95% accuracy or higher.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce order workflows and platforms.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
