Service Advisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Contact past customers due for PMS or service rebooking
Convert reminders into successful bookings for cleaning or other services
Engage customers through SMS, Viber, phone calls or email
Suggest and close additional services (e.g. filter replacement, diagnostics)
Gather basic feedback after service completion or on inquiry resolution
Submit daily performance reports and maintain follow-up schedules
Ensure monthly sales from repeat customers through structured outreach
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, or any related field
Good written and verbal communication skills
Should have very good customer service, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Customer service background is a plus
Skills: Sales; Marketing; Social Media savvy; E-commerce
