JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Contact past customers due for PMS or service rebooking

  • Convert reminders into successful bookings for cleaning or other services

  • Engage customers through SMS, Viber, phone calls or email

  • Suggest and close additional services (e.g. filter replacement, diagnostics)

  • Gather basic feedback after service completion or on inquiry resolution

  • Submit daily performance reports and maintain follow-up schedules

  • Ensure monthly sales from repeat customers through structured outreach

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, or any related field

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Should have very good customer service, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

  • Customer service background is a plus
