We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist in the design and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in architectural design, be proficient in drafting software, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.
  • Work with senior architects to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
  • Conduct site visits and assist in preparing reports and documentation.
  • Use CAD, SketchUp, and other design software to create 2D and 3D models.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (e.g., engineering, interior design) to ensure design integrity.
  • Research materials, building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability requirements.
  • Help prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Support the project team during different project phases (schematic design, design development, construction documentation).
  • Review and revise drawings according to feedback from senior architects or clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 1 year work experience in architectural.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
