Key Responsibilities:

Brand Communications

  • Lead and manage all regional marketing activities
  • Develop short- and long-term plans to drive brand development and sales growth
  • Oversee and execute all marketing channels including digital, media, print, and in-venue communications
  • Ensure brand identity and integrity are consistently represented across all sales and marketing activities in line with SuperPark HQ brand guidelines

Values, Behaviors & Leadership

  • Lead, organize, and support the sales and marketing team to achieve objectives and work plans
  • Provide visible, collaborative, and team-focused leadership
  • Lead by example by living and promoting SuperPark values daily
  • Positively influence and strengthen SuperPark culture internally and externally
  • Actively promote SuperPark values and culture across all stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategic leadership and decision-making at senior management level

Drive Execution

  • Plan and execute communications and media actions across all channels, including digital and social media
  • Implement effective systems and processes for planning, organization, and execution
  • Manage marketing budgets, costs, and expenditure re-allocation throughout the year
  • Manage and coordinate external agencies and suppliers
  • Lead event planning and coordination with Park Operations
  • Conduct competitor analysis and customer insights research

Customer Experience

  • Own and enhance customer engagement across the full journey (pre-visit, onsite, and post-visit)
  • Deliver digital and non-digital customer activation initiatives

Sales

  • Lead group sales including corporate and birthday sales to achieve KPIs
  • Identify, research, and develop relationships with prospective customers
  • Drive repeat business and long-term customer relationships
  • Analyze sales forecasts, financial performance, and product sales reporting
  • Develop and manage long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts
  • Establish and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans

Advertising & Promotion

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and communications plan
  • Manage external suppliers (digital, design, PR, printing, production, etc.)
  • Establish and manage ambassadors and affiliate partnerships
  • Oversee design and production of marketing collateral including posters, flyers, signage, displays, and sales kits

Digital & Social Media

  • Supervise the Digital Marketing Executive
  • Drive digital marketing strategy and execution
  • Oversee social media performance and content strategy
  • Manage digital performance media strategies

CRM

  • Develop and manage CRM initiatives including customer research and segmentation
  • Increase customer engagement, loyalty, retention, and repeat visitation

Qualifications:

  • Results-driven with a strong focus on team performance and development
  • Highly creative, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Minimum of 4 years' proven experience in a similar role with comparable complexity
  • Demonstrated experience with youth, sports, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
  • Willing to work in Eastwood City, Quezon City
  • Strong sales and commercial acumen
