Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural assessments and review drawings, layouts, and BoMs.
  • Ensure designs meet codes, permitting rules, and internal standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineers, Sales, and Procurement to ensure design feasibility.
  • Support issue resolution during installation and improve design processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or related)
  • At least 5 years of experience in solar PV design, especially rooftop systems
  • Strong AutoCAD, PVsyst, and structural analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to high-quality work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
