We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer (Civil) to join a leading design and construction management team. The role focuses on coordinating civil and structural design deliverables, ensuring that all outputs are technically sound, well-integrated with architectural and MEP requirements, and compliant with local and international standards.

You'll play a vital role in bridging design and execution — supporting project success through collaboration, precision, and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate civil engineering design activities from concept to detailed documentation.
  • Review and ensure that civil and structural drawings meet project requirements and standards.
  • Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and consultants for seamless design integration.
  • Validate design calculations, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Participate in coordination meetings and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Support quality assurance reviews, design audits, and value engineering activities.
  • Utilize design and project tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, SharePoint, etc.) for documentation and tracking.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of design coordination or engineering experience, ideally in AEC or multidisciplinary projects.
  • Strong knowledge of NBCP, BP 344, Fire Code, and international codes (BS, NFPA, ASHRAE).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and related engineering documentation systems.
  • Excellent communication and technical coordination skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple design deliverables.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
