We are looking for a Senior Secondary and Control Design Engineer to join our Energy group. This senior role leads the delivery of high-quality projects for internal, existing, and new clients. It also involves building commercial awareness and taking responsibility for coaching and technical development within the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Define the scope of substation projects with a focus on the secondary and control component, substation protection, design technical solutions, and lead project / design teams to deliver those solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Manage design stakeholders to further best-for-project outcomes. Lead technical delivery teams.
  • Work in close collaboration with colleagues across service lines.
  • Plan, lead and coordinate resources and ensure project technical & commercial outcomes and client expectations are met.
  • Communicate with clients about current work and future needs, provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Supervise, support and train less experienced members of the team. Formally mentoring young professionals.
  • Developing the team, contributing to keeping team knowledge up to date with technical, regulatory and industry trends.

What You'll Do:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant works experience. 
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, MicroStation, ETAP etc.

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon city or in our Cebu city office, depending on your home base / location.
