Job Summary:

The Insurance Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the company's insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote insurance products and services
  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding available insurance products
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for quotations, proposals, and claims assistance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review

Qualifications:

  • At least 3–5 years experience in insurance marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
