We are looking for a highly organized, people-oriented, and proactive Admin Assistant to join our property management team. If you have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling collections, we'd love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDaily Tasks
- Respond to emails, messages, calls, and resident inquiries
- Log and resolve minor concerns at the front desk
- Follow up collections, send reminders, and update monitoring sheets
- Update databases and organize files in Google Drive
Midday / Afternoon Tasks
- Prepare reports for daily briefing
- Coordinate meetings and inspections
- Conduct compliance checks (lights, uniforms, etc.)
- Issue Incident Reports (IRs) or Notices of Violation as needed
Weekly Tasks & Others
- Submit weekly attendance
- Prepare documents (circulars, IRs, letters, PRF)
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years experience as Admin Assistant
- Experience in collections or related tasks
- Preferably with property management background
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or any business-related course
- Good English communication skills
- Organized, people-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Amenable to work during Weekends.
- Restday will fall on one of Weekdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
