About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organised Property Admin to join our team at Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation. As a full-time Property Admin, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and administration of our prestigious residential property located in Sampaloc, Manila City.
What you'll be doing
- Handling administrative duties such as records management, data entry, and filing
- Assisting with the coordination of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects for the property
- Liaising with residents, contractors, and external stakeholders to address inquiries and concerns
- Maintaining inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Providing administrative support to the Property Manager and other team members as needed
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or property management role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, contractors, and colleagues
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle a variety of administrative tasks
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high-quality living environment
