About the role

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Automation Tester (Performance Testing) to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge digital products. As an Automation Tester (Performance Testing), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated performance tests to identify and address performance bottlenecks. This is a remote role, but you must be based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Design and develop comprehensive automated performance testing frameworks and scripts to assess the scalability, responsiveness, and stability of our web and mobile applications
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and define appropriate performance testing strategies
  3. Execute automated performance tests, analyze results, and provide detailed reports to identify and prioritize performance improvement opportunities
  4. Implement best practices for performance testing, including load testing, stress testing, and soak testing
  5. Continuously optimize and maintain the performance testing infrastructure and toolsets
  6. Mentor and train junior team members on performance testing methodologies and techniques

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in performance testing, with a strong focus on automation
  2. Proficient in Performance Testing, API Testing and Data Driven Testing.

  3. Experience in Appium, BrowserStack, Eclipse IDE and using Selenium WebDriver.

  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot performance issues

  5. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
