Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst/Tester located in Taguig. The Business Analyst/Tester will be responsible for analyzing business processes, defining business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role involves conducting thorough testing of business systems and solutions to ensure quality and effectiveness. The Analyst/Tester will collaborate with multiple teams to support the ongoing enhancement of business processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise
  • Proficiency in Business Processes and defining Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in testing business systems and solutions is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
