About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and delivering a seamless experience for our local telecommunications clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Accurately log customer interactions and update customer records in the database
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • At least HS/SHS GRADUATE; OPEN to WITH OR WITHOUT customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or telecommunications environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in English and the local language, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and customer-centric attitude
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
