Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of the company by overseeing vehicle and asset monitoring, managing utilities and inventory, and coordinating with internal departments and sister companies. This role also involves handling online and offline procurement and maintaining accurate documentation for requisitions and accountability tracking.

We are looking for a Gen-Z Administrative Assistant—someone proactive, tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable, with a fresh and modern approach to administrative work and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Has experience in administrative support, procurement, or facilities management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with inventory or asset tracking systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); and knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopee, Facebook Marketplace, and Alibaba) is essential.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Must be flexible, reliable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
