Job Summary

As POD member / Agent, it handle tasks assigned via Zoho tickets with accuracy and efficiency. It is responsible for timely ticket updates, clear documentation, and escalating issues when needed. Collaboration with team leads and staying current on SOPs are key to ensuring smooth Amazon operations and high-quality support

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Trained team members responsible for executing assigned tasks through Zoho tickets.
  • Must consistently update ticket statuses, especially for tickets marked as Urgent.
  • For tickets in "Awaiting Amazon" status, agents are required to provide an update every 2 days to ensure continued visibility and follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate and clear documentation of communications, actions taken, and next steps in each ticket.
  • Proactively flag or escalate tickets that require supervisor or client intervention.
  • Maintain proper communication with team leads or supervisors for any blockers or unclear instructions.
  • Review and follow any new process updates or SOP's related to Amazon Seller Central support.
  • Collaborate with other POD members to share updates, solutions, or Amazon-related insights that may help resolve tickets more efficiently.
