  • Provide exceptional customer support and address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise & Support:
  • Understand client technical requirements and the specifications of petroleum products.
  • Provide technical assistance to help clients understand product features and applications.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of products and industry trends.
  • Analyze the market and territory potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with team members and other internal departments to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Report customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities to management.
