JOB SUMMARY:

The HVAC Project Engineer (Project-Based) will be assigned to one specific project site to oversee and coordinate all HVAC works, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality execution in line with project requirements and company standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review project plans, specifications, and schedules for the assigned site.
  • Coordinate daily HVAC activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Supervise and monitor installation works to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify work meets specifications.
  • Prepare and submit technical documents, such as shop drawings and equipment submittals.
  • Support testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Identify and resolve site-related technical issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to site as needed.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Report regularly to the Project Manager on project status and site activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in HVAC project engineering or site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC design, installation, and commissioning practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and specifications.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to be assigned full-time at the project site.
