Revenue & Marcom
  • Understanding of market conditions and basic rate strategies
Job Highlights
  • Manage and assist multiple properties' performance and daily operations
  • Act as liaison between owners, RMs, and HQ
Responsibilities
General Operations
  • Ensure proper completion of daily reports
  • Conduct daily inspections
  • Review daily operations and address issues
Relationship Management
  • Visit properties weekly at the base location
  • Visit properties monthly at different locations
  • Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with RMs
Quality Control & Training
  • Conduct quality control inspections quarterly per property
  • Develop improvement action plans based on QC results
  • Ensure SOP adherence and staff training
Representation
  • Conduct monthly meetings with owners
  • Serve as main contact for owners and between RMs and corporate office
Wow Initiative
  • Generate "WOW" ideas for guests and staff
  • Encourage RMs to propose new "WOW" concepts
Knowledge & Understanding
  • Assist RMs with P&L, budgeting, and accounting
  • Communicate KGH's mission and core values
  • Implement new initiatives from KGH to RMs
