This investment will scale Vault's SECRET Cloud and introduce new services such as the AUKUS cloud capability, directly addressing Australia's strategic national security demands. We are looking for a
Scrum Master
to join our Product Team. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, where you'll act as a servant leader who fosters collaboration, trust, empathy, and influence. You will play a key role in enabling agile capabilities across the business and ensuring Vaulters follow and continuously improve within the Scrum framework.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead and coach Vaulters in the adoption of the Scrum framework, including planning implementations and mentoring stakeholders to increase delivery efficiency.
• Act as a servant leader, ensuring goals, scope, and product domains are clearly understood while enabling squads to self-organize and collaborate effectively.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Partner with Product Owners and squads to break down work into user stories, epics, and releases that drive velocity and organisational reporting.
• Provide clear, consistent, and transparent reporting for stakeholders on progress, blockers, and delivery outcomes.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance team performance and organisational agility.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate with:

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile, cross-functional teams.
• A proven track record of leading end-to-end product delivery through the Scrum framework.
• Deep understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks, with the ability to coach teams and stakeholders in their adoption.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to track, visualise, and report on delivery performance.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet critical milestones.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
• A Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) and a passion for technology, security, and agile ways of working.
