A dynamic and fast-growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounting & Treasury Manager to lead its Finance team. This role is integral in ensuring the efficiency of accounting and treasury operations while driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all accounting, treasury, and financial analysis functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness of finance operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and documentation.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development to the finance team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with financial institutions and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a CPA
  • 5–7 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a corporate finance environment.
  • Strong background in financial transactions, reporting, and team leadership.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City from Mondays to Fridays
