dynamic and driven Assistant Marketing Manager
to join our
Ortigas, Pasig Head Office

This role is open to candidates currently based in the provinces who are
willing to relocate to Ortigas
.

Job Summary

The Assistant Marketing Manager will:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and performance of marketing strategies across all our F&B brands.
  • Develop and implement campaigns (online & offline), promos, seasonal menus, and activations that boost foot traffic and sales.
  • Manage brand consistency across outlets, including content, packaging, PR, and digital marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maximize ROI and ensure strategies remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least
    2–5 years of marketing experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality
  • Results-driven, creative, and highly familiar with branding, promotions, and digital platforms
