Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of escalated technical issues from Level 1 and Level 2 teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Administer and maintain servers, networks, DNS, and cloud solutions (Intune, Azure, AVD) for optimal performance and security.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain firewalls, switches, and other network devices.
  • Provide technical advisory support to management and clients to align IT solutions with business objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and skilled technical team.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through professional communication and proactive issue management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of IT experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong expertise in server administration, DNS management, and cloud technologies (Intune, Azure, AVD).
  • Proven troubleshooting skills for complex network and server issues.
  • Experience with configuring and maintaining firewalls, switches, and other network devices.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize urgent issues, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
