Job Responsibilities:

  • Scouts and identifies sites in the most strategic locations.
  • Recommends a good site based on research on the following factors: Key generators in the immediate area, property values, zoning, taxes, population, projections, transportation, traffic volume & patterns.
  • Negotiates with the property owner on the initial terms and conditions and sets reasonable level of rates.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Candidate must at least have 2 years of working experience specializing in real estate sales or rentals, site acquisition.
  • ​Required skill(s): site acquisition, strong negotiation skills.
  • Candidate must be knowledgeable in Real Estate, Business Relations, and Negotiations.
  • Must be residing and willing to travel within South Luzon - CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) and MIMAROPA (Marinduque, Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Palawan, Romblon) in the western part, and the Bicol Region (Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Masbate, Sorsogon.
  • Willing for a daily field work.
