Overview

We are looking for a PR & Marketing Assistant/Specialists who will support the PR Manager in coordinating campaigns, preparing materials, managing documentation, and assisting with day-to-day PR and marketing tasks. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the fields of public relations, events, branding, and digital marketing — especially in a fast-paced tech/mobile industry.

Key Responsibilities

PR Support

  • Assist in drafting press releases, media advisories, captions, talking points, and event briefs.
  • Coordinate with media, influencers, KOLs, and content creators for deliverables and schedules.
  • Help manage ambassadors and ensure timely submission of content, reports, and contract requirements.
  • Maintain and update media lists, influencer databases, and PR trackers.
  • Support PR Manager during events: registration, logistics, media assistance, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing PR monitoring reports, coverage summaries, and campaign performance recaps.

Events & Activation Support

  • Coordinate logistics for small to large events (store openings, mall activations, press conferences, corporate events).
  • Oversee vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-ground execution.
  • Handle asset checks, briefing decks, and distribution of event kits/materials.

Marketing & Branding Assistance

  • Help prepare brand collateral, posters, product sheets, and presentation decks.
  • Coordinate with agencies and suppliers for creative materials, printing, or production needs.
  • Support online and offline campaign execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist in social media planning, scheduling posts, and coordinating content with the internal team.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

  • Manage documentation such as contracts, payment requests, deliverable tracking, and internal reports.
  • Maintain organized folders, project files, and brand asset libraries.
  • Assist in communication between HQ, local departments, agencies, and partners.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in PR, marketing, communications, or related fields (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome).
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable coordinating with agencies, influencers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Basic knowledge of PR, marketing, or social media management is an advantage.
  • Experience in events, school orgs, or internships is a plus.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php25, Php45,000.00 per month
