Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to manage private patient journeys, support clinicians, and drive treatment conversions. Responsibilities include CRM updates, appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and admin tasks. Strong communication, sales skills, and organization are essential.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage the end-to-end private patient journey from consultation to treatment completion

  • Drive private income by promoting treatments and improving conversion rates through CRM follow-ups

  • Support clinicians by handling admin tasks, coordinating treatment plans, and maintaining diary efficiency

  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate patient statuses, notes, and communications

  • Identify and fill appointment gaps by rebooking or following up with leads

  • Liaise with patients via calls, texts, emails, and WhatsApp for booking, follow-ups, and support

  • Ensure clinician diaries have space for new leads and consultations

  • Collaborate with the Practice and Marketing Managers to align on targets and optimize scheduling

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members

  • Demonstrates a strong sales background

  • Previous experience on using a CRM system (GoHighLevel) not essential but desirable

  • Excellent computer literacy skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and dental terminology

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care
