Key Qualifications

  • SQL Expertise: Proficiency in managing, querying, and optimizing databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Python Expertise: Scripting & Automation: Knowledge of Python to automate repetitive tasks, perform data extraction, and support daily operational needs.
  • Error Handling & Debugging: Strong skills in identifying bugs, troubleshooting Python scripts, and ensuring the robustness of code in production.
  • Working with customers or internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues or customer integrations
  • Customer file monitoring & integration
  • Knock system management for integrations
  • Big data management & validation. Work with big data issues (validation, correctness, management).
  • Troubleshoot and approach technical issues systematically.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar tech support role
  • In-depth knowledge of MS SQL and Excel, Python knowledge is a must
  • B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science is a plus
  • Familiarity with Docker & Kubernetes
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Empathy and patience in dealing with support requests.
  • Experience working in a start-up is an advantage
  • High proficiency in English (spoken and written) required
  • Retail experience is a plus
  • Willingness to work weekends and shifts
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems is a significant advantage
  • Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with a "can-do" attitude
  • Ability to work independently and in a self-learning environment
