Project Completion Coordinator (Onsite)

Job Description:

  • Review and compile contractor artefacts.
  • Submit jobs via client portal.
  • Create/validate BOMBOQs.
  • Liaise with subcontractors for missing documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience in construction project coordination or administrative/project support role.
  • Proficiency in using client portals and job submission processes.
  • Ability to create and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and contractor artefacts.
  • Familiarity with construction industry standards, terminology, and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with subcontractors.
