Job Overview:

We are looking for a Dashboard Solutions Officer to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will transform raw business data into actionable insights through accurate reporting, data visualizations, and dashboards. This role is critical in supporting strategic decisions across operations, sales, and finance by ensuring accurate, timely, and meaningful data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

Analyze KPIs and metrics across operations, sales, and finance to identify trends and support strategic planning.

  • Dashboard Development & Reporting:

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and performance reports using advanced tools and data visualization techniques.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and executive teams to understand business needs and deliver user-friendly, insightful reports.

  • Data Quality Assurance:

Validate data for accuracy and consistency; troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure integrity in all analytics outputs.

  • Technical Integration:

Work with relational databases and ERP systems to extract and compile data relevant to business performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, IT/Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or MIS.

  • Experience:

2–4 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data reporting, or data visualization.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL).
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, POS data, and ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communicator, especially in explaining data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and highly collaborative in a cross-functional team environment.
