We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. You will collect, process, and analyze data to support key decisions and report directly to the Country President.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from different sources to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Work with teams across the company to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Help define KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Suggest and support process improvements through data-driven solutions.
  • Keep updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Skilled in data analysis tools/programming (SQL, Python, R, or similar).
  • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in statistical analysis and interpreting data trends is a plus.
