Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Expert – Remote) GrowthAssistant is looking for a data-driven and creative Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Expert) to join our growing Performance Marketing team. If you’re passionate about campaign testing, scaling performance, and turning data into actionable insights, this role is for you. Salary Range: ₱60,000 – ₱80,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements) Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years) Paid Time Off: 7 holiday PTO days/year 6 regular PTO days/year What You’ll Do Launch and optimize Meta campaigns – build campaigns from scratch, test creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and identify top performers. Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CAC, and conversion rates) to guide optimization strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and analytics teams to refine campaign messaging and visuals. Manage budgets – monitor pacing daily, weekly, and monthly to maximize performance and meet spend targets. Maintain account health – QA new tests, pause underperformers, scale winners, and ensure stable performance before weekends or holidays. Build and maintain performance dashboards in Google Sheets (via Funnel.io) – using pivot tables, charts, and formulas to visualize trends. Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams through Slack, video calls, and Asana to provide updates and insights. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a strategic doer – someone who can execute with precision while thinking critically about growth and performance. Must-Haves: 3+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end. Strong understanding of ROAS, CTR, CPM, CAC, and key paid media metrics. Proven experience building reports and dashboards in Google Sheets or Excel. Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager data and campaign analysis. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Proactive communicator comfortable with Slack, email, and video calls. Experience working with U.S.-based clients. Comfortable working EST or PST hours. Experience analyzing creative performance and providing data-backed feedback. Nice to Haves: Experience with Funnel.io or similar analytics tools. Background in creative briefing or design feedback. Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., LegitScript or G2 certification).
