Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Copenhagen Offshore Partners AS Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱3,600,000 per year

Unlock the Full Potential of Offshore Wind to Power the World

If you are looking to advance your offshore wind career or explore our industry further, this is your chance to be part of market-leading, and groundbreaking projects.

COP is at the forefront of offshore wind development, leading projects from origination and development through construction and operations in new and established markets around the world. Founded in 2015, our team is comprised of some of the most experienced professionals from the renewable energy and associated sectors, all working together to unlock the full potential of offshore wind to power the world. We are the exclusive offshore wind development partner to Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, the world's largest green energy fund.

The role:

We are seeking a Senior PMO / Project Controls Manager with deep expertise in project planning, DEVEX/CAPEX budgeting, and risk and interface management within the offshore wind or related industries. This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented leader eager to take on strategic responsibilities within a supportive, collaborative environment.

As a Senior PMO Manager, you will oversee and manage PMO functions for key offshore wind projects in the Philippines. This senior position reports to the Project CEO and Head of PMO in Asia 2, with strategic impact across various project packages and an international PMO group.

COP is leading the development of three offshore wind sites in the Philippines, totaling 2 GW of capacity, on behalf of CIP. These projects are located offshore Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur, Northern Samar, and Pangasinan and La Union. The portfolio is expected to create around 4,500 jobs during the development and operations period, generate enough electricity to power approximately one million households, and offset 2.9 million tons in CO₂ emissions per year for the duration of their 25-year contracts.

If you're ready to make a lasting impact on the renewable energy landscape and want to grow with a company that values every member's contribution, we would love to hear from you

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and maintain detailed project plans in Primavera, ensuring milestone alignment across contractors and project packages.
  • Track and report progress, performance, and forecasts to the management team and shareholders.
  • Facilitate scenario analyses and support Package Managers in making informed project decisions.
  • Drive consistent risk management strategies and interface coordination to optimize project outcomes.
  • Structure, compile, and maintain DEVEX and CAPEX budgets, supporting key business case analyses.
  • Facilitate benchmarking, promote best practices, and manage the continuous improvement of document control systems.

Your experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
  • Seven+ years of experience in PMO, project controls, or project management, ideally in the offshore wind sector or related industries.
  • PMI-PMP or equivalent training; familiarity with the stage-gate model is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel; experience with Power BI, PIMS, Aconnex, or similar document management systems is a plus.
  • Structured approach with strong analytical abilities, effective at prioritizing and executing tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, with a knack for building relationships and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Thrive in fast-paced settings and manage multiple responsibilities without losing focus.
