You will personally own the success of all features, enforcing the Quality Gate, and proactively resolving technical debt to ensure maximum System Uptime.Outcome-Driven Solution Design: You don't code until you understand the why. You'll partner closely with the Revenue Engineer to understand the root business problem, design the simplest scalable solution with the Senior Technical Leader, and ensure API/data integrity across the platform.Squad Integration & Collaboration: Be a strong technical voice in team planning and stand-ups You'll maximize Time to Value (TTV), be flexible to move between different Squads based on evolving business priorities, and mentor junior engineers on best practices and high-quality code.What We're Looking ForExperience: 5+ years of progressive software quality assurance or testing experience with a proven track record of preventing critical production defects in complex, highly available systems.Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in test automation (Selenium), SQL for data validation, REST API testing, and understanding of C# and Azure-based systemsAdditional Skills: Strong knowledge of front-end testing (ReactJS, JavaScript), database systems (MSSQL), and manual/exploratory testing methodologiesOutcome-Focused Mindset: Deep commitment to validating business outcomes and preventing operational disruption, not just checking boxes on test casesQuality Champion: Passionate about being the last line of defense between development and production, with the courage to halt releases when quality standards aren't metAnalytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze defect patterns, identify systemic issues, and design targeted testing strategies that prevent recurrenceCollaboration Excellence: Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate quality risks and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdaptability: Comfortable working across multiple squads and domains, understanding different business contexts and their unique quality requirementsWhat Success Looks LikeQuality and Solution Stability: Maintaining a super low incident rate, specifically achieving
