Do you have a passion for automation and a keen eye for process? If so, we want you on our team We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to help us build and support world-class automation solutions within our client's low-code environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work within our client's support team to address Tier 2/3 issues within customer facing automation solutions.
  • Independently scope, define success criteria, build, and code automation solutions within our client's low-code environment.
  • Utilize your expertise in Python and low-code platforms to develop effective automation solutions.
  • Collaboration with customers to understand their needs and ensure solutions are aligned with expectations.
  • Maintaining continuous communication with clients to ensure solutions meet their needs and provide support during testing phases.
  • Coordinating with the other support and development teams to ensure that fixes are applied to the product more broadly and are aligned with best practices
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and contributing to knowledge base documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in automation or software development, preferably with low-code platforms.
  • Proven experience in creating automation solutions and integrating systems using low-code environments
  • Strong understanding of how to communicate with customers in a support environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices in automation.
  • Knowledge of tools commonly used in the MSP industry and how these systems work, with a particular emphasis on API integrations
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Jinja2, HTML/CSS, and UI/UX principles would be a benefit.

Fully remote, US time-zone coverage with global team handoffs
