About the role

Avalon Chemical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and driving sales of our innovative chemical solutions. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers to understand their needs and requirements
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and secure repeat business
  3. Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to demonstrate the features and benefits of our products
  4. Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals while ensuring profitability
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  6. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
  7. Provide feedback to the product development team to help enhance our offerings

What we're looking for

  1. Strong sales experience, preferably in the chemical or related industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent results
  4. Proficiency in MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
