We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion, including design, permitting, and construction phases.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates.
  • Oversee site development, grading, drainage, utility design, roadway design, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
  • Review and approve engineering documents prepared by junior engineers and consultants.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering staff.
  • Stay current with industry standards, codes, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
