Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily QA activities, including in-process and final product inspections, testing, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate inspection and release of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
  • Implement and maintain the plant's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
  • Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and quality records.
  • Prepare quality performance reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams on product and process improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO 9001, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
