Position: Business Analyst LeadLocation: Philippines (Remote)Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview You will lead business analysis efforts, manage a team of analysts, and ensure solutions meet business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate requirements into actionable plans, and oversee delivery of efficient, scalable solutions. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of business analysts. Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations. Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and UX teams. Maintain documentation, process diagrams, and standards. Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards. Track project progress, identify risks, and elevate as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. 6+ years of experience as a business analyst, with 2+ years in a lead role. Experience must be specifically within the IT/Software industry. Strong understanding of business processes and project lifecycle. Proven ability to lead and mentor teams. Must have experience leading teams of 10 or more people. Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Proficiency with BA tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart). Expert level proficiency required in BA tools including Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Lucidchart. Minimum proficiency required in at least 2 of the 4 BA tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or Lucidchart. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Must have Philippines work authorisation at the time of application. Preferred Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA). Experience in software development or IT projects. Knowledge of data analytics, process modeling, or ERP systems. Key Skills Leadership and team management. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Communication and facilitation skills.
