Conduct material inspections, issue non‑compliance reports (NCRs), and monitor rectification of defects. Review technical drawings and provide on‑site technical support to ensure accurate implementation. Process and validate contractor billings, perform punch listings, and prepare required reports and documentation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and the project team while enforcing safety, health, and environmental standards. Minimum Qualifications Must have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer. Knowledge of basic construction methods and knows how to read construction plans. Willing to be relocated as needed. Willing to be assigned to any location of the project.
