Job Description

  • Follow up with potential OFW customers through online channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, calls, etc.)
  • Assist customers in filling out application forms and preparing required document.
  • Check submitted documents for completeness and basic accuracy
  • Actively follow up with customers to ensure timely submission and application completion
  • Support customers until successful loan approval and disbursement
  • Maintain proper records of customer status and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • With experience in loan processing, financial services, customer support, or OFW-related work is preferred
  • Experience in online sales, tele-sales, or customer service is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and patient when handling customer inquiries
