Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Purchase Requests (PRs) and coordinate with Finance/Procurement.
  • Handle Lalamove and courier bookings for marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with influencers for content schedules, submissions, and deliverables.
  • Monitor and update marketing trackers and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing simple reports, summaries, and campaign updates.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, organizing assets, and scheduling.
  • Assist in logistics for events, product shoots, and marketing activities.
  • Communicate with suppliers for quotes, deliveries, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field.
  • Experience in clerical or administrative work (marketing experience is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with influencer coordination and basic social media marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and handle logistics tasks.
  • Knowledge in Lalamove or other delivery platforms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php22,000.00 per month
