Your Role:
As a Full Stack Developer, You Will

  • Feature Development: Implement new features and enhancements in an existing Laravel-based web application according to client requirements.
  • Application Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work with the tech lead and project lead to clarify requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
  • Database Work: Write and optimize queries, migrations, and schema changes in MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Code Quality: Follow established coding standards and participate in code reviews.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Laravel/PHP best practices and contribute ideas for process and product improvements.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • 2-5 years of professional experience as a software engineer, preferably in web application development.
  • Experience with PHP and Laravel framework
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively within an established architecture and follow technical guidance from senior team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve assigned tasks independently and seek guidance when needed.
  • Good communication skills within a distributed team environment.
